Sparks Dental has been a pioneer in setting benchmarks to ensure the safety of its Patients, Doctors, Dental Assistants and other Clinical Staff. Sterilization and Safety has always been our top priority. After considering the Standard Operating Procedures and advisories issued by various regulatory bodies; we have established Enhanced Safety Protocols combatting 2019-nCoV referred to as 10X Safety @Sparks Dental clinic, Skin, Hair and Laser clinic

1. Frequent disinfection of all surfaces and rigorous hand-sanitizing protocols are in place. Regular disinfection of surfaces in human contact is guaranteed, with sample testing by an accredited external pathology lab, and maintenance of 'Infection-Free' certificates for each clinic.

2. A 4-step sterilization process for instruments and hand rotors is followed, adhering to Sparks Dental's trademarked procedure to ensure a completely sterile and safe environment for both patients and staff.

3. For aerosol removal and air purification, external high-suction machines with advanced technology are installed in Sparks clinics. These machines use strong suction and special filters, such as high-fiber cotton, fiberglass, HEPA (H13), and activated carbon filters, to cleanse the air and minimize infection risks.

4. UV light disinfection technologies are employed, with chambers in clinics using 40-60 watt light sources to disinfect everyday items like napkins, cloth items, N95/KN95 masks, tubings, telephones, and other small objects.

5. Patients and visitors must follow modified pre-treatment protocols, including hand sanitization, sharing travel and medical history, infrared thermal scanning, oxygen level monitoring, and iodine mouth rinsing among the essential steps.

6. Complete global standard PPE is provided for dentists and dental assistants, ensuring the use of top-tier PPE to prevent cross-contamination and safeguard the safety of patients and staff.

7. Sparks Dental complies with government regulations for responsible biomedical waste disposal, with a new policy ensuring the proper disposal of all additional PPE material according to WHO guidelines.
